Educated at the Culinary Institute of America, chef Jake Cohen started his career at NYC’s DANIEL and ABC Kitchen. Eventually, he transitioned out of restaurants and into food media, spending time at Saveur Magazine, TastingTable, and Time Out New York. Today, Cohen is the Editorial and Test Kitchen Director of The Feedfeed, and moonlights as cookbook author — his first book, JEW-ISH, will be published by HMH Spring 2021.
